New Landscaper
Dooley Pyne is our new landscaper and crews have been working to make Belrose trim and beautiful. Spring clean up will occur soon which includes mulching and pruning. If you have bushes in your yard that you do not want pruned please notify someone from the landscape committee (see list on the contact page) and they will give you red flags to mark your property.
Direct Debit Program
If you wish to pay your monthly assessment electronically with a direct debit, please contact
Valerie Douglas at Mid-Atlantic Management. You can also make direct debit arrangments with your bank.
Exterior Changes to Your Home
If you wish to add a storm/screen door, stain your deck, or build exterior stairs from your
deck, no Board approval is necessary. You simply need to select one of the pre-approved
choices found on our community website. All other exterior changes require Board
approval. Examples may include the removal of trees or shrubs, the installation of a
satellite TV dish, or installation of awnings. Your first step is to complete an Architectural
Review Committee (“ARC”) form found on the ARC page and submit to Valerie Douglas at
Mid-Atlantic Management. Your request will be reviewed by our ARC Committee and a
decision will be made by the Board in thirty days.
