Belrose ARC

If you want to alter the external appearance of your unit you must fill out an ARC form and submit it to the office at Mid-Atlantic Management, c/o Valerie Douglas. She will forward it to the ARC committee chairperson. The ARC will discusss and pass their recommendation to the Board who will decide on the request.

The ARC has submitted recommendations and received approval from the Board for screen door installations, steps from a deck, and deck stain color. Please click on links to the left.

The Architectural Review Committee is formed by Homeowner Association members. The current (2009) members are: Kate Cote, Hugh Diamond, Pam Dixon, Michael Liebman, & Meredith Spears.
